Responsibilities As the Senior Technical Product Manager overseeing our suite of Remote Software Support Tools, your role entails crafting an unparalleled global experience for the remote support of our valued customers and dealers. Your scope will span all layers of the technology stack, including hardware, embedded software, and cloud backend. You will drive a clear strategy that ensures our comprehensive fleet of equipment operates on the most current software, while minimizing downtime for our clients. Collaborating across operations, customer support, sales, and engineering teams, you will drive the development and execution of innovative technology and product strategies, consistently delivering exceptional value in terms of product performance, functionality, flexibility, and reliability.
