Responsibilities This experienced Senior UX Designer will lead design projects for our digital in-cab displays. This includes displays in our tractors, combines, and sprayers. Sensor-based data collected by these vehicles uncover valuable - and challenging - UX design opportunities. Scope of design work will include long-term experience vision definition, prototype development, and design research. You\'ll work directly with product, embedded systems, and software engineering counterparts to elevate the user experience and to deliver a shared vision and product goals. Own the end-to-end design process, from design research and ideation through prototyped UX solutions. Contribute to, and work within, an existing design language system to ensure consistency and scalability across our product line. Conduct regular design reviews and competitive benchmarking to ensure delivery of best-in-class digital experiences. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (product, embedded systems, and software engineering) to bring design visions to life in the context of embedded platforms. Work to align design experiences across web, mobile and in-cab touchpoints. Uplevel design skills across the team by coaching peers and more junior designers.
