We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to join our team. As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employment management, ensuring the organization has an ample and engaged workforce. This is a senior leadership position that requires exceptional knowledge of human resources practices and the ability to drive organizational success through effective HR strategies.

Duties:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives

• Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support in all areas of human resources management

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop workforce planning strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in human resources management roles

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Proven experience in conflict management and resolution

• Demonstrated ability to develop training programs that enhance employee skills and performance

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
