ManpowerGroup Senior Critical Facilities Technician in Raleigh, North Carolina

Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, is working with our client, one of the largest financial institutions in the US, operating over 500 branches in 23 states . They're looking for a Senior Critical Facilities Technician , working 2-third shift-8Hr weekdays & 12-Hr weekend shifts, total of 4 working days per week , supporting the main office in Raleigh, NC . This is a 6-12 Month Contract to Hire opportunity.

Job Title: Senior Critical Facilities Technician

Location: Raleigh, NC 27603, Occasional local travel to local bank/data centers

Contract Duration: 6-12 Month Contract to Hire

Schedule: Saturday/Sunday 12-Hr Shifts, 2 Weekdays working 8-HR Third Shifts, totaling 4 working days per week

Pay Rate: $46.50/HR + Benefits

This senior level position leads daily onsite efforts to maintain functionality of equipment within the Data Centers. Ensures all electrical, mechanical, fire, and life safety equipment is fully operational through inspection, maintenance, and repair. Reporting to Supervisor of Critical Facilities while assisting in leading a team of Critical Facility Technicians daily.

Key Responsibilities Brake Down:

  • Facility Technical Support (40%)

  • Coordination with business units, management, and stakeholders (30%)

  • Emergency Response (20%)

  • Vendor Management (20%)

Required Qualifications:

  • Critical Facilities Experience a must

  • Must have knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems within Data Center environment (including HVAC, major electrical, life safety, etc.)

  • Ability tp lift 50 lbs., climb/work off a ladder, use safety gear, work indoors and outdoors in environments with fumes, noise, cold, heat, etc. Ability to travel locally (Vehicle Provided), & Residence within 60 Miles and/or Minutes of assigned Critical Facility

  • Preferred Area of Study/Experience:

  • Military background, major electrical, HVAC, and mechanical, technical trade school with certifications/relevant military
