Randstad is hiring for a passionate Staff Accountant for the world’s #1 HR services provider. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for preparing a variety of journal entries, reconciling lower risk balance sheet, operating statement accounts, and supporting the overall operations of the accounting department.

• Prepare and record various journal entries to the general ledger

• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis

• Investigate and report on variances discovered in assigned areas

• Plan and coordinate assigned field and/or head office department month-end reviews

• Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end close responsibilities

• Use technology to streamline manual processes

What you need to bring:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting

• CPA track preferred

• 2-4 years of experience

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required

• Experience with JD Edwards, PeopleSoft and/or Hyperion preferred

• Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Pay Rate: $85,100.00 - $59,755.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
