Total Annual Compensation Package: * $50,000 - $66,000 potential annual salary * Generous hourly wage plus commission and bonus incentives * Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision & Life insurance * Paid holidays, vacation and personal time * 401-K plan after 1 year * Consistent set schedules * Weekly ‘treat days’ and exciting company-sponsored events   Position Description: Coordinate and sell quality floor coverings: carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl and tile. The overall goal is to drive sales through superior customer service.  * Greets customer on sales floor and determines type and quality of merchandise desired * Qualifies customers, then shows merchandise or samples of merchandise to customer * Schedules appointment with an estimator to obtain exact dimensions * Follows up timely and professionally with customers on all requests * Participates in on-going training to increase product knowledge   Position Requirements: * Motivation with a strong drive and desire to succeed in a sales role * Confidence and the ability to advise on design choices * Previous success in a sales role preferred * Intermediate knowledge of computers * Ability to pass a background check and drug screen   Why consider a career with S & G Carpet and More?... * S&G Carpet and More is the largest independently owned floor covering retailer in Northern California with 9 locations - we’ve been in business for over 68 years! * You can always take your career to the next level with S&G Carpet and More!
