ManpowerGroup Business Analyst I - Talent Acquisition in Rancho Cucamonga, California

Our client, the health care industry, is seeking an analyst in talent acquisition / Business Analytics Specialist to join their team.

Job Title: Business Analytics Specialist

Location: RANCHO CUCAMONGA , CA (1 day onsite)

Pay Range: $25-$30/hr on w2

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various databases to provide insights and recommendations.

  • Develop and maintain analytical models to support decision-making processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and KPIs for business improvement.

  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analytics.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business analytics.

  • Proficiency in gathering analytics from databases of varying complexity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, marketing analytics, business, human resources, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in data collection and systemization.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is essential.
