A company in Randleman, NC is looking is hiring for a 1st shift Machine Shop Supervisor. Do you have experience running HAAS, CNC machines, bandsaw, and programming skills? Are you a self starter? This is a growing company and interviews are happening this week, great benefits great company, today!

salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Required qualifications:

-must have 3-5 years of experience as a supervisor

-programming skills (inventor, omni-win, mastercam, ect. And able to program varios machines on the built-in interfaces)

-ablity to read micrometers, angle finders, calipers and convetional tape measures

-some knowledge of machinery maintinace (primarly for daily inspections and maintinance)

-good communication skills such as: send and receive basic emails, able to talk with management and communicate tasks/instrctions clearly to workers

-blue print reading

-math skills

-self starting and motivated

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
