Job Description:
We are seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the operations of our clients across different industries. This role is ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work and are eager to contribute to diverse projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment.
- Assist with construction, renovation, landscaping, or other manual labor projects as assigned.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to accomplish tasks efficiently.
- Always adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in general labor or related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in different environments and adapt to various tasks.
