The Sales Rep – Renewals Desk specializes in renewing high velocity commercial customer contracts and is responsible for reducing churn, maintaining steady customer retention, and managing a high volume of contracts to ensure an on-time or early renewal. The Sales Rep – Renewals Desk will grow revenue through renewing, up-selling and reinstating contracts and achieving their revenue retention targets renewals quota. There is collaboration with the field sales reps and channel managers as it relates to expanding the customer’s interest in the Entrust portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet renewal targets as defined via the quota setting process ensuring contracts are renewed prior to expiration; manages a high volume of contracts of a certain annual revenue threshold.

  • Engage on a daily basis on the contract renewal quotes ensuring delivery of quotes to customers and partners with a minimum 90 days before expiration;

  • Proactively communicate with internal teams to ensure that renewal quotes and orders are processed accurately and on time; assist in entitlement and quote modifications where needed

  • Update support renewals opportunity pipeline in SalesForce.com (CRM tool) through the sales cycle and accurately forecast anticipated renewal dates

  • Proactively prioritize monthly and quarterly renewal activities; track and report on renewal activities utilizing Salesforce.com

  • Verify the data integrity of all quotes, purchase orders and invoices and work with other internal teams to drive data clean-up where needed

  • Identify “at-risk” renewal customer early in the cycle and work with manager to define issues impacting a successful, timely renewal; ensure high volumes of customer retention and provide updates to management during regular reviews

  • Support continuous improvement and optimisation of the renewals process for the renewal desk customer segment, leveraging technology.

Basic Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with quotations/customer service/sales environment.

  • Organized and strong interpersonal & communications skills

  • Motivated, flexible self-starter, competitive and driven to succeed

  • Skilled in organization and time management

  • Ability to quickly assimilate information and take timely action

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Solid decision-making skills and ability to show good judgmentwhen necessary; customer focused

  • Proficient in: Microsoft productivity tools (Office 365),

  • Proficient CRM experience
