Description We are seeking a meticulous Database Analyst for our team situated in Reading, Pennsylvania. This role is centered on defining data architecture, documenting processes, and auditing agreements within our organization. The position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with leadership to discern contract structures and key terms that deviate from standard agreements and establish a standardized process for tracking these deviations in a centralized database.

• Construct a process for contract review and identify data fields within the current CRM system that can be used or created to store key contract terms.

• Execute the review process across existing client agreements and populate CRM system with identified key contract terms.

• Define how data will be stored, accessed, and managed across the organization.

• Utilize the designated documentation platform to formally document the contract review process.

• Develop and provide targeted training to internal teams to ensure understanding of both the process and the system used for contract reviews.

• Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines data definitions, database designs, and data integration processes.

• Create user manuals and system documentation to support training and knowledge transfer.

• Conduct thorough reviews of all contractual documents related to recent acquisitions, identify discrepancies, overlaps, and opportunities within the agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Prepare detailed reports on findings and provide actionable insights for contract harmonization.

• Review current contract and billing processes in conjunction with senior leadership to determine the department that should retain responsibility of the contract review process ongoing. Requirements • Proficient in data architecture, with the ability to design and implement effective database systems

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, including data input, management, and analysis

• Strong foundation in data science, including statistical analysis, data visualization, and machine learning techniques

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex data insights in an understandable manner

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing data needs and business requirements

• Familiarity with database query languages such as SQL

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy

• Proven track record of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

• Experience in the use of data management software and tools
