BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant Job for an opportunity in Redmond, WA(remote) location ! Position Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Redmond, WA (Remote) Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 6 months Job Type: Contract role Pay Range: $23ph - $25/ph Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: * calendar work * Travel coordination expense reports Job Description: Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Minimum 5+ years experience with Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, calendar management, and administration work for executive/upper-level management. 2. Minimum 5+ years experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 3. Minimum 2+ years experience with supporting an executive in a face-paced, corporate environment. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Proactively manage a very complex calendar including travel and strategic prioritization of appointments. * Provide end-to-end complex domestic and international travel planning. * Help drive the ROB (Rhythm of Business) scheduling and team calendar items. * Coordinate staff meetings, events and offsites, including agenda management, meeting logistics, and material preparation. * Partner with the teams Chief of Staff to effectively run the organization. * Ability to look ahead and understand the prioritization of key objectives and help manage the deliverables or priorities. * Understanding of the team budget, including Purchase Orders and expenses, and morale costs. * Manage vendor accounts as needed through Contractor Hub and My Order. Other * Embody our Culture and Values Required/Minimum Qualifications * 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, calendar management, and administration work for executive/upper-level management. * 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. * 2+ years supporting an executive in a face-paced, corporate environment. Additional or Preferred Qualifications: * Interpersonal, organizational, planning and time management skills. * Ability to work independently, deal with ambiguity, and to solve routine problems proactively and effectively. The aptitude for rolling with changing circumstances (direction and strategy) while continuing to have professional and positive interactions. * Ability to work well in a changing environment, under pressure, on short-notice, and take appropriate action * Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in all transactions. * Adaptable and work in a team environment, building and maintaining effective working relationships with a diverse group of contributors internally and externally. * Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive material and information with discretion and professionalism * Organizational, analytical, anticipatory, and written communication skills.
