Program Manager Non Tech 2 BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Non-Tech 2 for an opportunity in Redmond, WA- Remote! Position Title: Program Manager Non-Tech 2 Location: Redmond, WA-Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 11+ Months(Highly Possibility for extension) Job Type: [CONTRACT [Remote] Pay Range:[47$] - [$53] Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirement: 1. 2-5 Years of Experience working with Engineers or PM's (more technical teams) to understand the lingo of engineers into business insight 2. 2-5 Years of Experience in Marketing and having internal conversations with stakeholders and colleagues 3. 2-5 Years of Experience driving Programs and making sure the candidate captures requirements and build their own trackers. Basically, being the owner of these projects and processes throughout ambiguity. 4. Being able to write up and draft communications. Value propositions and transcribe journeys and the 'why' on user experiences. Being the Voice of the User and speak their language. Description: 1. Collaborate with product management and design teams to develop and execute marketing strategies around new experiences, from initial experimentation to global release. 2. Assist in creating and implementing inbound marketing campaigns, including close collaboration with social, PR, product management, design, and Insiders. 3. Manage the monthly ecosystem updates and write-ups, ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders across teams. 4. Help plan GTM motions for experiences, coordinating execution of marketing across channels. 5. Report issues, errors, and blockers, escalating through the proper channels. 6. Document user journeys to prioritize critical experiences for our gaming audience. 7. Maintains necessary marketing tools, from campaign management tools to team SharePoint. 8. Helps driving experiments to test efficacy and impact of new experiences and collaborate with User Research to draft surveys and insights needed from the audience. 9. Drafts communications, newsletters, monthly marketing reports etc. to socialize status with partner teams and leadership. 10. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Preferred: Experience in content management, program management, experimentation, marketing go-to-market execution; previous experience collaborating with subscription marketing operations necessary (if at Xbox = big plus).
