Program Manager BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager opportunity in Redmond, WA. Position Title: Program Manager Location: Redmond, WA Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 2 Months Job Type: Full time Contract Pay Range: $60 to $65 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: Job Description: Title: Program Manager Location: Redmond, WA Duration: 2 Months (Potential Chances for extension) Summary: The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project. Job Responsibilities: * Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities. * Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. * Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. * Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. * Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. * Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates. Skills: * Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage one's time. * Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. * Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. * Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc. Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. * PMI or PMP certification preferred. * 5-7 years' experience required. Candidate Requirements Research requirements: * Familiarity with products leveraging AI and large language models (LLMs) * Experience in survey design and analysis. * Preparing study report-outs in stakeholder requested formats including PowerPoint, Word, or Outlook. * Storytelling skills to communicate customer experiences that highlight user pain points and delighters that have impact on our products, services, and business success. Research operations requirements: * 5-7 years of research study project coordination, participant screening, and scheduling * Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent attention to details and processes * Responsive and collaborative team member with the ability to manage multiple projects. * Degrees or certifications required: * Disqualifiers: Outside of the Puget Sound Area. Must have the ability for synchronous Teams meetings with SMB team members for up to 4 hours per week between the hours of 8am - 5pm PST. * Performance Indicators: Ideal applicants are self-motivated, proactive professionals who excel in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
