We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee internal products and programs related to the Microsoft Partner Center – Accounts Enrollment experience. The role involves driving the development of features that enhance accounts enrollment, security, and compliance. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams and organizations to achieve product and project goals, meet key objectives, and ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities
Define the long-term vision and strategy for the Partner Center Account Enrollment Experience by identifying problems and understanding customer needs, compliance, security, market and user research, and the competitive landscape.
Collaborate with engineering, support, business, and field teams to gather input and support for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Lead planning, feature development, and cross-organizational alignment, manage deliverables, and achieve objectives and key results (OKRs).
Measure performance metrics (OKRs and KPIs), monitor and report progress (e.g., business reviews), and implement actions to improve product/feature development, iteration, and implementation.
Communicate status and features to both internal and external stakeholders. Build relationships with stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
Utilize data and telemetry, including customer feedback systems, to develop and share insights on product performance and customer needs.
Track success criteria of a feature group, identify short-term investment opportunities, and collaborate with partners for support.
Define a feature set, facilitate usability reviews with customers, own a portion of the roadmap for a feature group, and organize scenario walkthroughs to identify issues.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management
OR software development
OR equivalent experience.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
