The CSCP Organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), decommissioning and disposition of Data center assets worldwide. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Skype, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. Our infrastructure is comprised of a large global portfolio of more than 200 datacenters supporting services for more than 1 billion customers in over 90 countries worldwide.
We are seeking a highly adaptable and flexible Sr. Sourcing Program Manager to join our dynamic Microsoft Cloud Spares Sourcing Supply Chain team. This candidate will be responsible for driving accountability and executing on Networking and GPU business activities supporting with cross-functional teams with speed and agility. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Drive accountability and execute on business activities related to hardware spares in Microsoft’s Cloud Supply Chain
Action key strategic initiatives and manage multiple parallel deliverables with cross-functional teams with speed and agility
Benchmark industry practices and integrate market intelligence to drive Cloud Spares Supply Chain process improvements and adoption of best practices
Support the development of executive presentations
Own and Manage key GPU and other program deliverables and outline risk and mitigations for spares sourcing.
Manage and drive key meetings and metrics for the program

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 3+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 1+ year(s) supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience with hardware supply chain
3+ years experience managing large programs
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Supply Planning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
