Description

Robert Half is working with a Car Dealership in Redwood City known for their high end sports cars. Our client's customers are typically millionaires looking to make a large purchase. We are in need of a true professional for this role to sit at the front desk with very strong customer service skills. You will be answering phones, greeting customers, working directly with the sales team to assist with appointment scheduling, relaying messages, and ensuring the customer experience is a great one.

Requirements

• Customer service and office administrative skills

• Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Outlook

• Solid understanding of Basic Computer Skills

• Deep understanding of customer service

• Multi-line Phone Systems experience

• Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills

• Great attention to detail

• Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

• Optimistic, perceptive, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
