As an Accounting Analyst on our team, you will play a critical role in managing the integrity of our accounting processes. We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and can work independently in a remote environment. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly, meet critical deadlines, and align with our business objectives.

How you'll make a difference

• Reviewing general ledger accounts and preparing and adjusting journal entries.

• Performing monthly account analysis and reconciliation.

• Posting monthly, quarterly and yearly (if any) accruals.

• Assist with monthly close process.

• Performing SOX controls tasks as assigned.

• Assist in preparation of internal and external audits.

• Understand and apply accounting principle, policies, and procedures.

• Review and assist with payroll entries and related accruals (as needed).

• Ad hoc reporting and performing special projects upon request.

You'll stand out if you

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.

• Have a general understanding of GAAP.

• Have experience with NetSuite.

• Have a strong written and verbal English communication skills.
