Our Professional Services team is dedicated to ensuring our customers are successful and happy in the Accruent products they purchase. Your team will help our clients map a path to the Accruent platform to solve their overarching business problems. We are looking for initiative-taking, fast moving, and dynamic individuals to help implement and deliver our solutions.

Our Accruent Professional Services Project Management Office (PMO) Leader will also be responsible for leading the Services, Support and Development Center in Brazil. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and requirements and is critical for ensuring the effective delivery of Accruent global professional services while providing the region leadership that our Brazilian teams require and embrace.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as the Professional Services PMO Leader, as well as the site leader for our Brazil Services, Support and Development Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional services project management, be capable of leading cross-functional teams, and will possess exceptional leadership with a deep understanding of professional services, and experience in running cross-functional operations in Brazil.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful design and delivery of professional services, maintaining project management standards for the global services team, and owning key metrics to help services achieve our short and long term targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team and establishing a strong presence for Accruent within Brazil.

How you'll make a difference

The Professional Services Project Management Office (PMO) delivers oversight and ownership for our global delivery services enabling our clients to implement and accomplish their strategic objectives through our software solutions.

Our Director, Professional Services PMO provides leadership, P&L responsibility, and vision enabling the execution and evolution of project management for our Professional Services organization. The position requires a person who models the behaviors that result in quality outcomes for clients, a champion of standard work to help sustainment, and works to develop the skills and confidence of the Professional Services team members to enable the ownership and trust necessary to lead a customer team through an enterprise deployment. This position will also work collaboratively with other senior Professional Services department leaders to achieve functional and company success.

As Director, you will define the strategic direction of the Project Management practice for the Accruent Professional Services team ensuring customers successfully expand and derive value from their Accruent solutions.

In addition, as a senior leader within the region, you will directly influence the culture, growth, and success of our Services, Support and Development Center in Brazil.

This position reports directly to the SVP, Professional Services.

You'll stand out if you:

• Professional Service Delivery:

• Oversee the global project management team responsible for delivery of professional services to clients globally, ensuring high-quality and client satisfaction.

• Develop the necessary PMO procedures, metrics, and objectives to manage the success of the business and proactively respond to gaps identified by data trends and changing business requirements including utilization, bookings, revenue, margins, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

• Manage a planning and financial forecasting process that enables sustainable capacity planning for project managers.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the PS Directors responsible for the delivery teams who work within the project managers supervision to engage our customers and deliver the scope of the work in a way that maximizes customer and employee engagement.

• Collaborate with various teams to meet customer requirements and service excellence standards.

• Monitor and continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both service delivery and project management functions.

• Report regularly to the senior management team on performance and areas for improvement.

• Strategic Leadership and Strategy:

• Provide strategic leadership for the Brazil Services, Support and Development Center.

• Develop and execute a clear vision and strategic plan for professional service delivery and development, as well as a growth strategy for Accruent in Brazil.

• Set clear objectives, goals, and milestones for the organization's growth and development.

• Organization Building:

• Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships and engage with stakeholders across a variety of functional areas whose teams are present in the region, providing compelling metrics, reporting and insight in support of Accruent’s profitable growth.

• Address client concerns and proactively seek opportunities for expansion in the region to accelerate business strategy.

• Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that projects and services comply with relevant regulations, quality standards, and security protocols.

• Implement quality assurance processes and manage audits as necessary.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage budgets for the global professional services PMO.

• Monitor financial performance and seek opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
