Tarefas e responsabilidades

Como Engenheiro de Campo, sob supervisão limitada, direção geral etc. e de acordo com todas as leis e regulamentações governamentais e políticas, procedimentos e diretrizes ASP aplicáveis, esse cargo vai:

• Gerenciar atividades de campo: instalação, realocação, requalificação, ação de campo, manutenção preventiva e corretiva

• Diagnosticar falhas ou problemas técnicos e determinar soluções adequadas

• Executar atividade de suporte remoto

• Comunicar-se com os clientes para determinar as necessidades e explicar os detalhes do serviço técnico prestado

• Gerenciar o próprio estoque de peças (incluindo reposição)

• Gerenciar a infraestrutura fornecida pela empresa: computador, celular, carro e ferramentas (incluindo ferramentas de medição como multímetro)

• Gerar relatórios e garantir uma boa prática de documentação no sistema de gerenciamento de ordens de serviço

• Participar de eventos de treinamento contínuo patrocinados pela empresa ou fabricantes de máquinas para se manter atualizado sobre as últimas tecnologias e opções de reparo

• Responsável por comunicar problemas ou oportunidades relacionadas ao negócio para o próximo nível de gerência

Competências necessárias:

• Formação em Engenharia Elétrica, Mecatrônica ou Biomédica

• Inglês intermediário

• Habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita

• Análise e interpretação básica

• Solução de problemas

• Senso de urgência

• CNH B ativa

• Morar em Fortaleza - CE

• Disponibilidade para viajar frequentemente

• Experiência com produtos de esterilização é um diferencial
