Job Purpose/Overview
This role ensures that Salesforce enhancements and projects are properly vetted, documented, supported by data, and prioritized against the needs of the business. The role will also ensure that stakeholders are always informed and technical teams can deliver with increased velocity. To achieve this, the Senior Business Analyst, Commercial Operations will lead a new requirements refinement process and support the business interlock cadence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and Salesforce administrators to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings with business leaders to gather requirements, provide updates, and drive user satisfaction.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
Leverage available data to guide the discovery and requirements gathering process.
Collaborate with Salesforce admins and developers to design custom solutions, integrations, and enhancements.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of Salesforce documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
Create and manage team reports and dashboards (enhancements / support tickets) to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders and leaders.
Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities efficiently.
Identify innovative ways to understand the needs of stakeholders and increase satisfaction.
Communicate ideas and viewpoints on assorted opportunities to team and key stakeholders.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
Certified Salesforce Business Analyst
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Minimum 3 years Salesforce Experience
7-10 years’ experience in Business Analyst and/or project manager roles

Working Conditions
The associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to hear and speak to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office or virtual environment. The associate is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
The associate will primarily work in a typical office environment or a remote home office. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The associate will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, database management, email, video conferencing and the Internet. The associate is frequently required to use a calculator, fax, copy machine, and phone system. The associate must occasionally use media equipment such as an overhead projector, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams. Environment where pets are present.
The Target Pay Range for this position is $88,200 -$110,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
