Role Summary:

Reporting to the Chief Inclusion, Equity and Diversity Officer, The Regional Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Strategy Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment across multiple business units for the International region. This role will play a vital role in influencing leaders to drive cultural transformation while promoting equity and will work to seamlessly integrate DEI principles across HR and the entire business, leading to tangible and transformative outcomes.

Responsibilities :

  • Builds a regional DEI strategicapproach for the implementation of policies, practices and procedures focused on fostering an inclusive work environment to increase employee satisfaction and engagement.

  • Leverages quantitative and qualitative analysis for equity within all aspects of the employee life cycle to understand key trends and provides direction and oversight to the execution of program and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with HR colleagues, Centers of Expertise, and local/regional leaders to embed Diversity and Inclusion practices and programs that have measurable impact.

  • Leverages knowledge of local/regional laws and regulations related to DEI and equal employment opportunities to ensure the company's policies and practices are compliant.

  • Acts as a collaborator and trusted advisor to our Employee Resource Groups, providing coaching, mentoring and support.

  • Develops and/or engages programmatic exercises and/or experiences to foster diversity and retention initiatives.

  • Acts as Company liaison with local/regional with key external stakeholders, government agencies, etc. concerning our efforts on DEI, the community, and ESG.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related discipline

  • Minimum five (5) years of increasing HR responsibility or DEI Consulting & Advisory (with emphasis on HR leadership/people strategies)

  • Understanding of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging principles, theories, and best practices

  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making

  • Ability to travel 15%+ time, both domestic and international
