Edwards Lifesciences Senior Analyst, Business Systems in Remote, Czech Republic

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Engage with stakeholders from various departments, business units, and regions to identify vision and requirements for data analysis projects tailored to their unique business needs

  • Collect the defined and targeted datasets

  • Clean the data and build the datasets

  • Analyze large-scale datasets to identify patterns and trends in user behavior and put it into a format that others can easily understand

  • Interpret the results of the analysis to the respective stakeholders for strategic decision-making purposes

  • Proactively suggest improvement in the company’s processes or approaches based on the findings

  • Act within the UXE team and collaborate/support other agendas as needed

What you'll need (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another related field

  • Proven 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role

  • Proficiency in English

  • Expertise in SQL and at least one scripting language (e.g. Python)

  • Proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools (e.g., ContentSquare, Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, etc..)

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Work experience in user behavior analytics and predictive analytics

  • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) principles and ability to apply these concepts to business needs and problems

  • A strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Motivated self-starter who shows initiative with the ability and drive to perform in very fast-paced complex and global business environments

  • Analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail
