eComplete Business Development Manager (Logistics) in Remote, United Kingdom

Role Title: Business Development Manager - Logistics

Location: Remote (some office working required)

Salary: Competitve Salary

Role:

Business development for Freight, Fulfilment and Carrier services, with an element of account management/upsell for existing accounts. Lead the implementation of the department strategy to expand and maintain customer base, deliver net growth, revenue, profitability, and service targets for new business growth in line with strategy, financial objectives, guidelines, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and account strategies considering business objectives.

  • Oversee sales activities impacting OKRs and contribute to pricing strategies and contract negotiations.

  • Drive account retention, business growth, and profitability, coordinating cross-functional activities for cohesive services.

  • Stay updated on market trends and customer needs, analyzing issues and adapting account management methods for efficiency.

  • Builds productive relationships with honesty and respect, communicates effectively with cultural sensitivity.

  • Confident in stakeholder interactions, actively listens, and problem-solves.

  • Committed to teamwork and quality work, continuously improving and remaining flexible.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years in commercial key account sales within Supply Chain or Logistics, customer-facing with influencing and negotiation skills.

  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of supply chain processes.

  • Self-directed with excellent time management and organization.

  • Full clean driving license.
