Job Description Summary
Responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities for their products/solutions/services in an assigned territory, and/or in a list of named accounts individually or as part of a One GE Healthcare team. Act as the clinical/technical expert to establish and continuously develop the relationship with departmental and technical decision makers in their assigned accounts, and where applicable work in conjunction with Account Executives and Zone Managers to achieve successful sales results. This role is covering the middle of the UK - including but not limited to: Midlands, South Midlands, Wales, East Anglia.

Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering on targets and ensuring accurate forecasting
Support customers and understand clinical procedures
Manage your area to uncover sales opportunities and maximize GEHC’s win rate
Build strong customer relationships
Create territory plans including opportunity development, strategies and targets
Maintain up to date detailed knowledge of their product
Present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits to customers
Develop their understanding of the customers changing clinical issues and challenges
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or proven years of selling experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (e.g. biomedical engineering, medical physics) or Life Sciences field or equivalent knowledge and experience
Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry
Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
Strong capacity and drive to develop career
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English
Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent negotiation & closing skills
Strong presentation skills
Able to travel
Valid motor vehicle license
Desired Characteristics
Positive and motivated self-starter with ability to energise others
Clinical Mammography / X-Ray experience (or equivalent) preferred, but not essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with credibility in the Women’s Health environment
Commercial flair. Persuasive and able to influence clinical decision for GE
Warm personality – able to bring together key customers and GE personnel
Fluent in English.
Motivated, self-starter with ability to energize others
Capable to lead and influence without direct reports
Credible with senior level customers and GE managers
