Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our ePS Escada team. This role will involve day-to-day admin support of the Project Managers and Operations Manager as well as; documentation, planning, coordination and financial support.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers, operations manager, finance team, and planning lead in day-to-day activities.

  • Assist in ensuring project managers are tracking to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report these KPIs during daily operations calls and weekly KPI meetings.

  • Communicate with customers during projects and post-installation to gather Net Promoter Score (NPS) data, report NPS scores to the business, and assist in forming improvement plans.

  • Aid in the preparation and maintenance of project budgets.

  • Communicate verbally and preferably in writing with clients or stakeholders in English and French, and potentially in German, Spanish, or Italian.

  • Utilise software tools such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for project management, data analysis, and documentation purposes.

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, operations manager, finance team, and planning lead to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for project team members.

  • Provide administrative support as needed.

  • Occasionally travel to understand our customer base, and travel to the office a minimum of once per month if not local.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in a project coordinator/administrator role.

  • Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written); knowledge of German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

  • Proficiency in using Salesforce, Smartsheet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
