Position Overview
As the Head of Product at Electra Vehicles, you will play a pivotal role in driving the innovation and success of our software solutions for electric battery optimization. You will be at the forefront of our product strategy, working closely with a passionate and talented team to bring cutting-edge products to market. This role offers the chance to shape the future of our offerings, ensuring we maintain our position as industry leaders. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the product management team in the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, driving the development of new features and enhancements based on market needs and customer feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product differentiation and growth opportunities.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and inform strategic decisions.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technology team.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and status updates to stakeholders, including the executive team and board of directors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B products.
Demonstrated success in taking products from concept to market (0 to 1) in a startup environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of product managers.
Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Nice to haves:
Experience in the software, electric vehicle, or battery industry.
Familiarity with machine learning and AI methods, solutions, and applications.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other product management software tools.
