Electra Vehicles Head of Product in Remote, Italy

Position Overview

As the Head of Product at Electra Vehicles, you will play a pivotal role in driving the innovation and success of our software solutions for electric battery optimization. You will be at the forefront of our product strategy, working closely with a passionate and talented team to bring cutting-edge products to market. This role offers the chance to shape the future of our offerings, ensuring we maintain our position as industry leaders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product management team in the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, driving the development of new features and enhancements based on market needs and customer feedback.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product differentiation and growth opportunities.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and inform strategic decisions.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technology team.

  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and status updates to stakeholders, including the executive team and board of directors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B products.

  • Demonstrated success in taking products from concept to market (0 to 1) in a startup environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of product managers.

  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in the software, electric vehicle, or battery industry.

  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI methods, solutions, and applications.

  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other product management software tools.
