True North Custom Paid Media Manager in Remote, Tennessee

In this role you will create and build out highly effective digital campaigns to help drive toward great outcomes for our clients. You’ll help our healthcare clients find success in engaging their community while staying on-target to achieve defined KPIs and objectives.
You will also be responsible for optimizing campaigns for performance and providing campaign insights and recommendations weekly and monthly through campaign data and reporting.
We are looking for a passionate digital marketer with 3-5 years of experience in campaign development, deployment and results in a dynamic agency environment. Must be a team player who is self-motivated and is looking for an opportunity to progress their digital marketing skills.
Paid Media Manager Requirements
Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of proven in-house healthcare marketing or agency experience for healthcare clients writing ads, building, launching, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on multi-channel paid media campaigns
Experience running multi-channel media including: Google Ads (paid search, display, YouTube, etc.), Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn, native ads, Spotify/Pandora ads, TikTok ads, OTT
Experience in outlining reports to showcase campaign data effectively to clients (Look Studio experience a plus)
Experience in outlining media plans for multi-channel campaigns
Experience in setting up conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Analytics
Experience recommending and implementing adjustments to strategy and/or changes to campaign components to enhance results (example A/B testing)
Experience with conversion landing page tools
Experience with email platforms
Proficient at conducting keyword research for paid search and organic search
Knowledge of SEO tactics like running audits, on page optimizations and structured data/schema markups
Knowledge of local SEO tactics like Google My Business optimizations and listings management
Has knowledge and technical understanding of channel-specific terminology for paid digital media, SEO, marketing automation, tracking and analytics, email marketing, and social media
Google Ads and Analytics certifications

This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States while accommodating Eastern time company office hours.
