Overview
Position Summary: Bilingual ability to read, write and speak in Spanish is highly desirable
Primarily responsible for providing direct customer service, support analysis and issue resolution. This role will be focused on partnering with the internal teams to resolve customer service needs through proactive customer interactions. This position plays a vital role in ensuring Total Customer Satisfaction through efficient request resolution process
Key Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct customer support for customers contacting the Customer Support Center
Coordinate with internal teams as needed to ensure service level commitments are achieved and the customer is communicated to proactively throughout the process
Build internal/external relationships through exceptional problem solving skills and consistent follow-through
Involved in problem resolution by effectively communicating with other departments and the customer
Educate customers on company products and services
Ensure all interactions with customers (both internal and external) are professional and courteous
Support customer needs in a timely and consistent manner and model exemplary customer service behaviors, with the customer
as the primary focus
Meet performance targets and Customer Service team goals
Assist with tours for existing and potential customers
Perform proactive calls (as required) to customers to review service performance and to develop service resolution plans and potential opportunities
Research billing problems; provide support and training as needed
Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local laws, as well as, company policies and procedures
Ensure data integrity
Assist in conversions as necessary
Maintain working partnership with internal teams
Other duties as assigned, to include Special Projects

What we’re looking for
Required Education & Experience:
Bilingual ability to read, write and speak in Spanish is highly desirable
High School Diploma or equivalent; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Associate’s degree preferred
