Responsibilities

The Healthcare Workforce ERP Experience Director will partner with workstream leads in Ascension Technologies, Communications, Workforce Management (position control and position management), and UKG (scheduling and timekeeping) to lead the creation of an enhanced associate digital experience (mobile and desktop) for Oracle Cloud Based EHR development for the life cycle of employment (application, onboarding, provisioning, employment, termination, and post-employment).

Responsibilities:

  • Using the lens of front line clinical and nonclinical healthcare associates, leads initiatives in partnership with other workgroup/stakeholder team members, technology product owners, and subject matter experts to understand business goals and translate them into digital designs that improve the end-user experience.

  • Consults on the design of interactive user interfaces across multiple products and platforms (desktop and mobile).

  • Translates a deep understanding and empathy for the associate experience to key decisions and has the ability to work in a cross-functional manner to integrate Associate experience into key initiatives.

  • Has experience working in the market and ability to deeply empathize with the healthcare associate experience will be beneficial to successful execution of short- and long-term projects.

  • Experience with and understanding of what goes into creating a compelling associate experience.

  • Inform the backlog of concepts /features for a product's long-term roadmap and near-term sprint plan, ensuring drive to critical Associate Experience metrics and link to business value

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Project Mgmt Professional Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed. preferred

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management.
