Job Summary

We are seeking a SharePoint Analyst with 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have general SharePoint Online setup knowledge, an understanding of how permissions work, and the ability to collect and assess stakeholders’ requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Intranet sites built on SharePoint Online and Akumina Intranet and Employee Experience platform.

• Facilitate collection of intranet site stakeholders business requirements

• Analyze site requirements and recommend best practice solutions

• Build intranet sites using Akumina/SharePoint platform

• Responsible for the operational stability of intranet platform (SharePoint Online/Akumina)

• Monitoring of Intranet environments.

• Maintain documentation of Intranet environments and support procedures.

• Maintain documentation of intranet best practices and recommended solutions

• Provide tier 1 and 2 user support for intranet site admins and content authors

• Train and mentor content owners on publication process, standards, and other best practice

• Perform Intranet site deployments.

• Monitoring and report on intranet site metrics

• Assess and improve search and content management practices

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or combination of education and experience.

• 2-5 years of experience leading and implementing intranets or collaboration software

• Business analytical capabilities to solve complex business issues

• Basic understanding of the components of common web technology (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Experience with Sharegate or similar migration tools

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Allows for the candidate to work either from our local office (Charlotte NC) or from a remote location
