We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Plant Controller to join our team in Renton, Washington. This role will require you to oversee all financial aspects of our business, from financial planning and budgeting to financial reporting and profitability analysis. You will collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders to develop financial forecasts and plans, analyze profitability, and ensure accuracy of financial statements.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in the financial planning and forecast process, including the development of quarterly, annual, and long-range plans and targets.

• Work closely with the Sales team to develop proactive ideas to grow business and conduct profitability reviews.

• Ensure the timely and accurate presentation of monthly financials.

• Analyze the Profit & Loss (P& L) and operational practices, recommending cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiencies.

• Conduct analyses on product manufacturing, project and expense costs, and Return on Investment (ROI); interpret results and trends, and identify areas of improvement.

• Control inventory and safeguard company assets, ensuring the accuracy of local financial inputs/transactions and statements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and savings tracking.

• Prepare detailed analysis, operating metrics packages, and presentations for both local and executive leadership.

• Participate in special projects in collaboration with local leaders and the finance leadership team.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000.
