Providence is calling a Senior Program Manager who will: Be responsible for advising on and managing complex projects within the Providence Clinical Network Provide subject matter expertise to drive the implementation of the Genesys cloud telephony solution across Providence ambulatory clinics Work collaboratively with operational leadership, technology experts, and organizational partners to deliver solutions that enable our clinical caregivers Manage change and resolve issues that span across project teams and departments by planning, organizing, directing, and supervising program activities in a cost-effective and productive manner to achieve customer satisfaction Utilize extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals on complex issues where analyses of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables Support integration and collaboration across the health system while meeting the organizational objectives Be responsible for engaging executive leadership and communicating progress of the program Be accountable for working with and facilitating processes to accomplish complex program objectives Ensure projects related to the program are planned and executed in a manner that supports the Providence Mission Providence welcomes 100% remote work for residents who reside in the following States: Alaska Washington Oregon Montana Idaho California Nevada New Mexico Texas Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Services, Healthcare Administration or another clinical field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience 8+ years of experience managing programs of high priority business initiatives including managing multiple projects to achieve identified project portfolio objectives 8+ years of experience with project management methodology based upon project management principles, including experience implementing and facilitating complex decision-making structures among multiple executive stakeholders with varied interests and priorities 5+ years of experience as a presentation speaker in a professional environment 5+ years of experience developing and executing business development, marketing, communications, financial planning, and benchmarks / metrics in support of improved quality and process design Preferred qualifications for this position include: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Services, Healthcare Administration or another clinical field of study Coursework / Training - Preferred Upon Hire: Project Management Professional (PMP) CAP or other Change Management Certification Lean or Six Sigma Certification 4+ years of experience in a healthcare organization 4+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Experience with Genesys telephony system Salary Range by Location: AK: Anchorage: Min:$47.33, Max: $76.19 AK: Kodiak, Seward, Valdez: Min:$49.34, Max: $79.42 California: Humboldt: Min:$49.34, Max: $79.42 California: All Northern California - Except Humboldt: Min:$55.35, Max: $89.11 California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min:$49.34, Max: $79.42 California: Bakersfield: Min:$47.33, Max: $76.19 Idaho: Min:$42.12, Max: $67.80 Montana: Except Great Falls: :$38.10, Max: $61.34 Montana: Great Falls: Min:$36.10,
