The Role

As the Global Learning Consultant at Kyndryl you will serve as the pivotal focal point for collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders to address skill and learning challenges. Applying advanced learning consulting skills, you will diagnose issues and develop tailored learning strategies aligned with business needs. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensure satisfaction and oversee engagement aspects of learning projects/programs.

With your ability to evaluate metrics and reports you’ll provide valuable insights, facilitating strategic decisions on learning initiatives. Additionally, you will act as the intermediary with learning pillars to enable the delivery of products and services.

In this position you will manage a team that oversees and supports the learning for Global Kyndryl Practices: Consult, Applications Data & AI, Cloud, Core Enterprise & zCloud, Digital Workplace, Network & Edge, Security & Resiliency. Specifically you will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders within the Practices and Functional groups globally to identify and address skill gaps and learning challenges.

  • Utilize advanced learning consulting skills to diagnose issues and develop tailored learning strategies.

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and overseeing all aspects of learning projects and programs.

  • Evaluate metrics and reports to provide insights for strategic decisions on learning initiatives.

  • Manage a team of 11 that supports the Kyndryl Practices and Functions: Consult, Applications Data & AI, Cloud, Core Enterprise & zCloud, Digital Workplace, Network & Edge, Security & Resiliency.

The compensation range for this position in the US is $146,060 to $277,320 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave and paid time off. Note: if this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

To be successful in this role you’ll have the following skills and experience:

Required Technical & professional Expertise:

  • 10+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Consulting, Intake and Analysis of skill gaps

  • 10+ years of experience working with Learning & Skills Data Analytics

  • 10+ years of Proven Project Management skills

  • Proven experience in engaging business stakeholders to analyze and define business learning and skills requirements

  • People management experience

  • Proven experience with Change Management and Communications within a Global/matrix organization

  • Proficient with Power BI and Workday

  • Proven executive presentation and communication skills

  • Knowledge or understanding of AI tools and willingness to learn

Preferred Technical & Professional Expertise:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
