Noblis Lead Project Coordinator in Reston, Virginia

Responsibilities

Noblis is seeking a Lead project Coordinator with an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph to support their Intelligence Team in Reston, VA

As a Lead Project Coordinator, you will be joining a highly skilled technical team working to provide innovative and technical solutions to our Federal Government client. You will be working with our clients to evaluate and maintain solutions using your experience and expertise in program integration. In your role, you will work with various teams to manage data analytics projects and solutions for various National Security and Intelligence Missions.

Responsibilities:

  • Interface with the team to scope necessary transition project information such as timelines, resources (financial and/or technology), plans of action, and documentation

  • Utilize Jira and/or Confluence, and record the project information for knowledge management

  • Assist in drafting documents as needed for each transition project

  • Monitor project performance and reviewing deliverables to ensure technical, programmatic, and financial goals and objectives are met and identify possible program risks and assessing technical solutions

  • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all activities associated with assigned task order projects

  • Support the identification, assessment, evaluation, and testing of existing and emerging technologies, systems, and capabilities

Required Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3 years of work experience, ​preferably 1 year in the IC working directly with Federal Government clients

  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

Desired Qualifications

Desired skills and knowledge:

  • Experience with Jira, and/or Confluence, and recording project information for knowledge management.

  • Demonstrated proficiency providing program management and analytical support to programs and projects serving federal government clients

  • Experience monitoring project development performance and reviewing deliverables to ensure technical, programmatic and objectives are met and identify possible program risks.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Proven results-oriented problem-solving abilities. Experience with presentation graphics and/or spreadsheet tools.

  • Experience providing guidance, feedback, and consulting services to federal program managers.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment, demonstrate teamwork and initiative, and function productively in the face of new assignments and the re-prioritization of existing assignments.

  • Experience providing program and/or project management support on technical contracts

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.

Posted Salary Range

USD $70,800.00 - USD $110,625.00 /Yr.
