IT Network Administrator
This job is a permanent full time position.
Salary range \$26.80 to \$31.60 per hour.

General Statement of Duties:
Perform computer hardware and software maintenance and installation for all Madison County departments.
Supervision Received:
Report to the Information Technology Director.
Essential Duties:
Install and maintain PCs, servers, hardware and software.
Troubleshoot PC hardware and software in a Windows Active Directory environment.
Troubleshoot printers and scanners.
Manage network, e-mail, anti-virus and security solutions.
Assist in training users.
Update county website.
Other Related Duties:
Assist in other tasks as directed.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Flexible working schedule.
Education and experience in computer hardware and software including networks, Windows Server, Windows OS, Windows Office Products, Apple iOS.
Ability to interact well with elected officials, employees and the public.
Ability to pass background check.
Typing speed of 50 wpm.
Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Some knowledge of web development.
Education and experience Network Management.
Education and experience in SaaS environment.
