Summary

The Project Analyst supports the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects within the BBW Customer Team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive projects that enhance the Customer experience, optimize operations, and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Support the development of project plans across various initiatives and campaigns. Define, manage, and track scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal partners to align on objectives and requirements. Facilitate communication and collaboration among key members throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Vendor Management: In some instances, identify and engage with external vendors, contractors and suppliers as needed for execution. Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with BBW standards and quality requirements.

  • Budget Oversight: Support development of budgets and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial targets. Track costs, approve expenditure and find opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

  • Timeline Management: Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress against key timeframes. Proactively identify potential delays or bottlenecks and implement strategies to keep work on track.

  • Quality Assurance: Establish quality standard for projects to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with specifications and standards.

  • Change Management: Evaluate and manage changes to project scope, requirements, or timelines. Assess the impacts of changes on project objectives and key members and communicate effectively to ensure alignment and minimize disruption.

  • Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project success. Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and implement contingency plans as needed.

  • Reporting and Documentation:Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and presentations for key members including senior management. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and post-implementation reviews.

  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to project team members, fostering a collaboration and results-focused environment. Motivate team members to achieve project goals, resolve conflicts and support professional development.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

2-5 years of proven experience in project management within the retail or marketing industry, with a focus on corporate retail or marketing operations.

Strong understanding of retail or marketing processes, systems, and standard methodologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail or marketing management, project management or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
