As a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our manufacturing operations. You will provide strategic direction, lead a team of talented engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, drive innovation, and achieve operational excellence. With your extensive experience and senior-level leadership skills, you will contribute to the growth and success of our organization. You will work out of our Richardson, Texas location with international travel required (approx. 25%).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide strategic leadership and direction for advanced manufacturing engineering initiatives

Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to drive innovation and operational excellence

Lead and manage a team of engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance productivity

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives

Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies

Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering

Electrical, electromechanical or robotics engineering experience preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering or related roles

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to travel internationally, approximately 25%
