NEW Senior Accountant role in Richardson! Amazing company culture and leadership. Successful, growing healthcare/SaaS startup seeking driven Senior Accountant to join their team. Reports to a great Controller. The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated accountant with strong inventory and AP experience. Highly competitive pay + benefits! Interviewing ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and manage projects to help drive the company’s growth and profitability

• Inventory management in ERP (Business Central) and cycle counts

• Full cycle accounts payable experience

• Reconciliation of general ledger accounts

• Reconciliation of prepaid entries and accounts on a monthly basis

• Monitor and report fixed assets and related transactions

• Assist with preparation for financial audits

• Manage expenses related to employee and monthly departmental spending

• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and reporting.

• Develop, monitor, and analyze data to support commercial, operational, and overall management decisions

• Create insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations to aid the sales organization in performing at a high level

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 2+ years' of accounting experience

• Excel, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central preferred
