Description Executive Assistant at Kadlec Regional Medical Center, Richland, Washington Under the general direction of the Chief and/or Executive Director, the Executive Assistant performs highly responsible and complex administrative assistance and coordinates daily operations to assure smooth, timely and efficient operation of the Executive Offices; Serves as a liaison between the Senior Management, Board members, community, physicians, directors, nursing and ancillary staff to facilitate an efficient flow of information through the Executive Offices; Relieves assigned Executive(s) and/or Director(s) of clerical and administrative duties, including, but not limited to managing calendars as well as coordinating all logistics relating to a variety of senior meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, room set-up, etc. Supports the Mission and Vision of Kadlec and its Subsidiaries. Required qualifications: Two (2) years college-level course work in business administration, office management, secretarial training or related field or An equivalent combination of education and experience based on the essential functions of the position may be used in lieu of the two years college-level course work. used in lieu of the two years college-level course work 5 years executive office/secretarial/administrative support experience. Experience with a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. Notary license, or have ability to obtain. Preferred qualifications: Experience in a medical office/hospital setting and/or legal office/law firm and medical terminology/and/or legal terminology. Why Join Providence?
