The Brick Commercial Return Authorization Coordinator in Richmond Hill, Ontario

Responsibilities

  • Review all emails received at the return authorization email

  • Respond to all related departments within 48 hour window

  • Submit RA requests to the manufacture within 48 hours

  • Communicate with all departments on the progress of the RA request

  • Advise the departments, the warehouse and shop when a RA is received or declined

  • Assist departments on how to dispose of product that an RA was received for

  • Help with escalated customers by requesting credit to reselect from the manufacture as well as some compensation for installation

  • Logging RA’s received

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service focus

  • Team oriented

  • Experience in a customer service or sales role

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization

  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft office programs

  • Requires professional email etiquette

  • High school diploma or equivalent
