Responsibilities
Review all emails received at the return authorization email
Respond to all related departments within 48 hour window
Submit RA requests to the manufacture within 48 hours
Communicate with all departments on the progress of the RA request
Advise the departments, the warehouse and shop when a RA is received or declined
Assist departments on how to dispose of product that an RA was received for
Help with escalated customers by requesting credit to reselect from the manufacture as well as some compensation for installation
Logging RA’s received
Qualifications
Strong customer service focus
Team oriented
Experience in a customer service or sales role
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft office programs
Requires professional email etiquette
High school diploma or equivalent
