Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a dedicated Receptionist in Richmond, Virginia. As a Receptionist, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk by providing detail oriented service and support. The industry you will be working in requires a keen understanding of multi-line phone systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with a focus on data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact, detail orientedly managing multi-line phone system

• Ensure accurate and efficient data entry

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to maintain and update records as necessary

• Uphold a detail oriented demeanor and positive personality at the front desk

• Conduct accident investigations and litigation tasks when required

• Monitor and take appropriate action on customer accounts

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain customer credit records accurately. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Receptionist role or similar

• Proficient in managing a multi-line phone system

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in accident investigation

• Proficiency in data entry tasks

• Experience or familiarity with litigation processes

• Ability to work well in a team and maintain professionalism at all times

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
