Job Description

Insight Global is seeking applicants for a Technical Business Systems Analyst position. This position will focus on project documentation, task management, and project coordination. The position will also be involved in areas of system administration and system testing to internal applications to the Web Development Specialized Apps (WDSA) team in the Department of Judicial Information Technology (DJIT) . They will be Creating/updating system and project documentation/requirements, assisting with system testing, Backing up team members as needed, Assisting with internally developed systems as needed. Pay range between $25-$30 hr

Skills and Requirements

* 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related field.

* Ability to perform system testing using test cases

* Ability to generate test cases for any phase, initial QA through UAT

* Experience in translating business requirements into detailed system specifications.

* Ability to create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation.

* Proficiency in modeling techniques, requirements gathering, and documentation * Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

* Understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC).

* Understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.

• Familiarity with project management concepts and practices.

* Preferred Technology knowledge: Microsoft Office, Visio, JIRA, SharePoint, Box, ServiceNow (System Admin) null
