Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 per year (based on experience)
Additional Compensation: Director's Bonus - 10% potential Annual
Cellphone Stipend: $75/month

Responsibilities:
Supervise Chief Engineers (Full-Service Hotels) / Maintenance Managers (Select Service Hotels) who report to the General Manager
Oversee the Transcendent program, including training, monitoring, and support.
Provide technical expertise and assistance to Engineers as needed.
Review and support Capital Improvements and Repairs to building mechanical systems in collaboration with General Managers and Corporate Capital Projects team
Demonstrate expertise in hotel mechanical systems such as refrigeration, fire alarms, plumbing, etc.…
Other duties as assigned.
