The position

By joining our team in Exploration & Production International you will have the opportunity to:

  • Coordinate interface activities in the field such as production, injection, gasin order tohave a safe,optimizedand steady process and powermanagement

  • Ensuring process plant variables (pressure, level, temperature, flow) stability andoptimized, collaborating with field installations.

  • Operate processplantsin accordance withplantspecificationsand legal parameters for water discharge and low CO2 emissions.

  • Keepsfullcontrol of the work permits in progress.

  • Keeps controlthroughmanage safety inhibits system,Monitorfire and gas system.

  • Identifiesand reports process plant and safety systems maintenance requirements in SAP.

  • Handlesemergenciesas part of the emergency response team.

  • Contribute with safety system program of the company.

  • Giveinputtothe onshore operations engineering team whenrequired.

  • Startup andmonitorprocess plant variables (pressure, level, temperature, flow), ensuring stability and optimized production.

  • MinimumTechnician’s degree within mechanical/ electrical/electronic/chemistry or equivalent

  • Minimum3 years of experience asaProduction Control Room Operator inFPSO operations or 5 years in Refineries or Continuous Process Plants.

  • Good verbal and written Portuguese language skills, and capable of understanding technical documentation in English.(AdvancedEnglish ismandatory);

  • Knowledge of maintenance managementsystems, preferablySAP. Efficient in using office computer systems.

  • Understand and managerisk.

  • Experience inoperating Honeywell DCS System (BacalhauFPSO)may be considered an advantage.

  • Embraces cooperation and open collaboration as essential ways of working.Proactive by nature, takes initiative and is able to work independently as needed.Gives and receives constructive feedback and is motivated by continuous improvement. 

  • Be a role model for safety, diversity, and inclusion.
