Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Riverside, California. In this role, you will be primarily working within the construction industry, handling a variety of tasks including administrative duties, billing, and collections.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise records of customer credit

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status

• Assist the collections team in recovering outstanding payments

• Handle administrative tasks including clean up and auditing

• Manage billing processes related to state and federal funding, change orders, and construction contracts

• Perform data entry tasks for invoices, tracking open and closed items

• Utilize accounting software such as American Contractor and Prelude for various tasks

• Handle full cycle accounts receivable duties in the construction industry

• Manage billing collections and cash handling activities. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Proficient use of Epic Software

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Experience in managing Cash Activity

• Ability to handle Cash Handling tasks

• Knowledge of Construction industry practices

• Proficiency in American Contractor software

• Experience in Billing Collection

• Proficient in Billing procedures

• Experience in Full Cycle accounting tasks
