Job Description:

This Principal role is responsible for leading risk and compliance efforts across all areas of Corporate Treasury with a focus on implementing the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program. Manages Corporate Risk and Compliance activities. This role also provides advice to leaders within Treasury on risk and compliance activities. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities

· Manages all Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) activities across all areas of Corporate Treasury; Leads risk and control workshops to identify and assess risks and determine control effectiveness

· Develops and implements tools to report on risk and compliance activities across Treasury; Monitors the risk and control environment for weaknesses and identifies solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency of controls.

· Helps track, plan, and drive closure of RCSA remediation activities; Supports effective challenge and escalation within Treasury processes

· Advises Treasury leadership on designing effective controls to drive process excellence

· Helps manage Treasury compliance with other CMS activities such as compliance vendor management etc.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Accounting, Finance, Project Management or related field

· 6+ years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Accounting, Audit, Internal Controls or related

· In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Accounting, Audit, Internal Controls or related

Preferred Qualifications

· Certified Internal Auditor

· Background in risk and control, internal audit, Compliance, treasury

· Experience in a second line function such as Corporate Risk

· Comfortable with white space projects

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
