Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Riviera Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of receipts, and maintaining comprehensive cash flow reports.

Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, ACHs, checks, and credit card receipts on a daily basis.

• Update the accounting system daily with all receipts.

• Maintain communication with customers regarding overdue invoices.

• Conduct collection activities for aged invoices.

• Report on aged invoices to the relevant team.

• Prepare and submit monthly AR aging reports internally.

• Manage the release of lien to vendors and deliver to general contractors or customers.

• Provide daily and monthly cash flow reports.

• Undertake additional tasks as necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Competence in using CRM

• Experience with Epic Software

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Billing Functions

• Capable of managing Cash Activity

• Experience in Cash Handling
