Our Electrical division is looking for a Projects Sales Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia & Bahrain.

What you’ll do:

The main responsibility of the Projects Sales Manager is to manage projects sales team in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain ,selling Eaton products (LV switchgear systems & components, Busway, ATS,..) in the assigned territory. Identify & build positive relations with all accounts decision makers & influencers who impact current or future business with Eaton to build a robust projects pipeline and meet sales objectives for the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the strategy for developing projects sales for Eaton in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

  • Meet and exceed assigned projects sales country targets and meet organizational strategic objectives

  • Support all aspects of the relationship with contractors, consultants & end users within the assigned area of responsibility.

  • Define with sales team the key targets per account (Sales, segments, ..etc) and ensure they are achieved , implement regular follow-up mechanism and related support actions

  • Support the team in the demand creation for Eaton channel partners

  • Identify & build positive relations with all account decision & influencers who impact current or future business with Eaton

  • Support the team to prepare mapping for each client to Identify the decision makers and influencers in each organization

  • Effectively utilize Eaton expertise and resources to generate high, value added, engineering and commercial proposals to secure orders which create a profitable and sustainable growth business

  • Establish, Own, Execute and continuously develop an agreed commercial account plan

  • Be highly knowledgeable of the client’s business, commercial condition, structure, strategy, operations, and challenges. In order to articulate this in terms of opportunity, growth, risk with respect to Eaton business

  • Manage to build and increase healthy projects pipeline.

  • Understand the Market intelligence, Trends, competitors moves and behavior, SWOT Analysis, market drives. Products & market development

  • Maintain a co-operative and credible working relationship with other company personnel to assure customer satisfaction.

  • Support existing direct and indirect Panel Builder network in the region to achieve the pre-set targets , through competency enhancements, audits, commercial support...etc. and Coordinate techno commercial offers on timely manner

  • Comply with company policies, ethics, guidelines and instructions.

  • Ensure development and early identification of business opportunities.

  • Promote for Eaton full package including the LSD and PQ and enhance the market approach by Differentiate our offer

Qualifications:

  • Electrical/Electronics Engineering Bachelor/Master's degree

  • 10+ Years of experience in a similar position

Skills:

  • Be highly knowledgeable of the client’s business, commercial condition, structure, strategy and challenges.

  • Incumbent has demonstrated a clear potential to develop and execute market strategy.

  • Experience in MV/LV switchgear business, LV breakers / components, Busway,ATS,..

  • Demonstrates sound knowledge of the assigned market & channels including product information

  • Know how to work effectively with customers, co-workers, and other company personnel.

  • Understands and practices the need for effective communications inside and outside the company.

  • Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required
