Job Summary:

Raytheon Technologies is looking for Security Guards to join the Security team at Riyadh offices. Responsible for checking all visitors' ID before they enter RTN SA office, be available at all times during the shift to respond to any problems or situations that occur, be familiar with all aspects of the RTN SA Security program; including the General and Post Orders, as well as the characteristics of each post, Ensure that Post Logs are correctly maintained with entries that are complete and understandable, Report all violations, incidents, and disciplinary matters to the Site Security Manager, Submit shift reports (verbal or written), including Incident Reports, to the security manager.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Performing routine security and safety inspections inside – outside the building.

• Respond respectfully to individual guests needs and concerns.

• Issue and manage the visitors badges.

• Assist RTN SA employee Host with VMS. The specific assistance required for the Security Guard is to check the visitor in, issue them a visitor badge, notify the Host their visitor has arrived and then check them out. The Host is responsible for doing the RPS and GVR.

• Checking all visitors in with a valid identification before they are allowed in, to prevent unauthorized visitors from entering the building. A valid identification is a government ID, Passport or Raytheon badge.

• Escort non-employees as needed.

• Monitor all electronic physical security systems to protect employees, facilities, and assets.

• Assist cooperatively with Police, Fire department and KADEN’s security.

• Respond to all alarms, whether they are Fire or Intrusion, to determine the situation and then take appropriate action.

• Assist RTN SA employees and guests with evacuation of the building. Occasional fire drills will be conducted as part of this requirement.

• Observe for unsafe or dangerous situations and report these to the Security Manager, as well as violations of safety and security principles, policies, and standards.

• Submit daily written reports to the Security Manager.

• Immediately report any emergency situation to the Security Manager and the local authorities, such as police, fire and ambulance.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Diploma (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using security equipment.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Qualifications We Value:

• Professional certification in EH&S (eg. NEBOSH, OSHA) are desirable.

• Proven experience in health and safety management, in similar roles.

• Knowledge in health and safety regulations.

• Strong communication skills

• Fluent in both Arabic & English language speaking.
